For Sponsors

A vetted Builder workforce, ready when your project is.

Skip the hiring pipeline. Post a project and get matched with a global pool of vetted Builders, ranked by real performance — not a resume. You pay only for work that's mechanically verified and accepted.

Talent on demand, not on a hiring timeline.

Zero hiring overhead

No job listing, no recruiter, no notice period. Fund a project and Ainvil matches you with Builders already vetted and ready.

Vetted by performance

Every Builder is tiered T0–T4 on first-pass acceptance — a track record you can see, not a resume you have to trust.

Pay only for accepted work

Every ticket clears CI, a hidden test, and a scope check before it ever reaches your escrow. No accepted work, no payout.

From project brief to shipped code.

01

Post your project

Describe what you need built and fund the project's escrow envelope.

02

Get scaffolded

An Architect sets up your repo and the contracts that keep parallel work safe.

03

Tickets go out

Work is priced, scoped, and broadcast to Builders at the matching tier.

04

Mechanical gate

CI, hidden tests, and scope checks verify every submission automatically.

05

You approve & pay

Track tickets and spend from one console. Payout releases only on accepted work.

A global workforce, without handing out your source code.

Builders never get a raw checkout or standing access. Every session runs inside a sealed, ephemeral workspace built to be torn down.

Sealed, ephemeral workspaces

Provisioned per session, torn down after — no standing access to your codebase.

One merge authority

Only a certified Integrator merges to main. Builders — and even you — structurally cannot.

Before you post a project.

How are Builders vetted?

Builders are tiered T0–T4 based on first-pass acceptance — the rate at which their submitted work clears the mechanical gate without rework. It's a running, verifiable record, not a one-time interview.

What happens if a ticket isn't accepted?

It goes back for rework against the same hidden test and scope check. You only pay out of escrow once a ticket is genuinely accepted — never for attempts.

Do I need to review code myself?

No. A certified Integrator reviews and merges every ticket, backed by CI and hidden tests. You approve delivery at the project level, not line by line.

Can Builders see my full codebase?

No. Builders work inside a sealed, ephemeral workspace scoped to their ticket, governed by interface contracts set at project scaffolding.
